This is the most recent dog rescued today (30th Sept) from the streets of Beli Manister that will be under our charities wing. Found wandering aimlessly the streets, scared, alone and with horrific wounds all around his neck
It is blatantly clear this poor little boy is one of thousands across Croatia who are put on chains when they are pups and as they grow the chains literally cut into the dogs throat. This little dog may not realise it now, but not only did he escape his chains, but he will now receive the best care and will have a happy future thank you the wonderful staff and volunteers at Belimanister shelter but also be under AAFA wing.
As yet he does not have a name, AAFA supporters are still choosing one for him, but when he is fully healed and any surgery done to mend the damage the chains that were around his neck have caused he will be listed and looking for a loving and caring forever home.
The practice of putting dogs on chains MUST STOP and we will be doing all we can to educate people to the dangers and cruelty of this barbaric and inhumane to keep animals.

Ali ( as he is now called) has been all sorted and is now well on his way to recovery. Once he has rested and is given the all clear by Dr Miro the vet he will be looking for his forever home.
His wounds around his neck treated, cleaned and sewn up.
